A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel. The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

It is connected to a large shopping mall in Puebla, so you can eat, shop and stay at once. Because it is a large shopping mall, there are many security agents, and the guards on the first floor of the hotel guard the entrance and exit, so it is safe. It's also good to call Uber. Wal-Mart is 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you need anything, you can buy it here. There is nothing particularly good except the advantage of being attached to a large shopping mall. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but the sound insulation is very weak. At 12 o'clock in the daytime, the sound of cleaning the guest room in the hotel, the noise of people, and the hammering can't rest comfortably. Most of the rooms are aging. I can't recommend restaurants inside the hotel, but the food that is strangely served as room service is large and tastes good. Hotel staff try to solve it within the given range.

The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef. That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and the environment is elegant. I have always liked and recommended Marriott Hotel. This time, it was a pleasant experience for both body and mind. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, very professional, thumbs up👍

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
