Very Good
LLuong Thi Hong NganVery good hotel and location. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms were very nice. Be aware that the low priced rooms (at least mine) had a view of a wall. The rooftop pool was great, lots of places to sit and courteous staff. Close to 5th Ave and a short walk to the beaches. I'd stay again for sure.

LLihuiI stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, it is a suite, with a simple kitchenette, you can cook some eggs and boil water, it is highly recommended for families with children. The house is not very new, and the hotel is not big, but it is very clean, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, and you can stay on the beach after checking out. The location is excellent, just a corner from the bustling main street, but it is not noisy at night, very quiet and you can only hear the sound of the waves.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly located on a block away from the main *****. You can hear the music carry over from nearby bars but that didn’t bother me, it’s expected in a location like this. Upon checking in they give you a tv remote and tell you not to move the thermostat. The AC was fixed to run all night and did not have an automatic feature, so it made for extremely cold nights.
The reason I lowered the rating is the customer service. You are given only two towels and there was no hand towels at all. I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered the 6 times I called. I had to go down and grab one myself where I was asked to sign one out. No big deal. However, the following day housekeeping took this towel and never replaced it. I hope I don’t get charged for a small hand towel

OOhLocation is good. It is close to 5th avenue and beach.
I loved the resort and nature. It was lovely and cozy.
But there were ants in bathroom and straw fell down because of palapa. There's no refrigerator in the room.
We enjoyed breakfast and dinner.
All of staffs are kind and friendly. Espacially Rogelio was really kind and pleasant.

DDIVERFThe hotel is very clean and in a convenient location. A shopping mall on the pedestrian street is just next to the hotel. I took an ADO bus to the Carmen Seaside from the Cancun Airport and walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes' walk from the Walmart Supermarket.

GGuest UserThe apartment in itself has a very nice size, big closet, big and comfortable bed, big sofa, 2 tvs, etc..
At our arrival bot soap dispensers in the bathroom were completely empty!!!!!! We had to contact the Company that manages the apartment, the guy came with one of those huge jar of floor cleaning product cut in half in with inside a liquid in dark yellow/brown colour and fill those dispensers up... very weird..
He was not able to give us any soap to clean dishes in the kitchen :(
The kitchen had very few dishes to be used so we could not really use it.
We used the pool on the rooftop but the bar on the below floor was in ”restructure” mode (and it seems that it has been like that for a while).
We only needed to stay for 1 night, so it was not a big issue for us, but it's a shame that in the whole Riviera Maya nice apartment are not really maintained and services properly...

The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.

NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

KKlattThis AWESOME hotel is so much better than 4 stars! The love of my life and I were greeted by the most wonderful check in host! Her name is Lupita! She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!
