This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, and laundry detergent, just to name a few.There is a community pool available for guests SEASONALLY. Pool towels are provided. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Access to the pool requires a key FOB. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is an $80 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. The pool area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. The HOST is not responsible for cameras or pool/pool house upkeep and maintenance.There is an HOA installed camera with license plate recognition located at the trash disposal area. Household trash only.**There is a $135 cleaning fee per stay that is applied upon booking. An additional $5 per night, per guest applies for reservations with more than two guests.
