I really enjoyed my visit . A proper castle complete with a baron ! Staff, including the baron, were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the one evening meal I had was really delicious. My bedroom was comfortable with a lovely view of the countryside

A bit like a castle from the Grimm brothers. So we felt when we arrived. What we first noticed besides the building itself, was the peace an quiet. Very relaxing. We had a room in the south wing with the most impressive bed we ever slept in. We were told by the owner that it stood once in an apartment on 5th avenue in New York. Just loved it. Loved the whole south wing! Beautiful and quirky wallpapers and fabrics. Such a love to detail. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant on a table with stunning views over the Neckar valley. Breakfast was equally good. Service impeccable. At the reception they even knew our dogs name. As a dog owner and lover one is of course deeply impressed. Would go back any time. Had a really good time.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ins Tal ist weit und wahrhaft "herrschaftlich", das gibt es so nicht oft. Die eigentlichen Leistungen des Hotels bei Unterkunft und Restaurant sind vergleichbar mit jedem x-beliebigen Garni. Die zum Frühstück angebotene Käse- und Wurstauswahl war sehr übersichtlich, die Qualität frisch aber nur auf Discounter Niveau. Rührei, Tomaten-Mozzi und Obstsalat waren die einzigen Highlights, Brötchen ebenfalls wie vom Discounter. Abgesehen von der Aussicht und dem Ambiente im Schloß bekommt man andernorts ein vergleichbares Zimmer und Frühstück deutlich günstiger.

Dimora d’epoca in posizione molto tranquilla. Albergo caratteristico. Non posso valutare il ristorante in quanto ho soggiornato nel giorno di chiusura dello stesso. Buona colazione. Ambiente intriso di storia.
