This place is terrible! No TV service! No phone to call the front desk! I was charged the exorbitant fee of $400 cash after I had already paid Priceline. He said that the name of the hotel changed, so I had to request a refund from Priceline. Then he says they don’t take cards, but they happen to have an A** right there. The ice machine doesn’t work. He brought in bags of ice instead, insisting that it was cubes when it was actually the worst crushed ice I have ever seen. The room smelled fine and seems clean.

Arrived late after being in the car all day, only to find food all over the floor around beds and couch. Check in lady was so kind and helped us move rooms. Second room was cleaner but the fan/air conditioning did not work. Morning check out lady was not friendly.

I honestly thought it was great at first. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone they said to use. We tired 4 times. We where leaving when a pretty hard looking guy showed up. We checked in and I looked at the room. It was great. Big mistake. After showering and going to bed the banging started. It was wasn't typical hotel noises. It was like someone going to ever door and trying to break in. There was no person on the premises to consult.We actuslly feared for our lives. There was not any guest either. I let my husband sleep while I stood watch and left at dawn. BiG NO
