"I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.
One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day.
Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!"

"Advantages: Newly opened, very close to the university, not far from the city, there is a large shopping mall behind, which is very convenient, and there is a tram at the door
Disadvantages: 1. The front desk is informal, just a small table; 2. Check-in requires credit card number, name, and CVV number, and the risk of fraud increases, so I didn’t sleep well all night and immediately locked the credit card; 3. The quilt in the room is very wrinkle

"We were in Strasbourg for 4 days and were very impressed.
The welcome at the hotel was very warm. Everything was explained in a very friendly manner (city map/parking/sights, etc.)
The room was fine, clean and charmingly furnished.
There is a kettle so you can make coffee or tea at any time.
The bathroom is very modern and clean. Small note: we were missing a power socket here.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive.
We would particularly like to praise the extremely friendly, multilingual staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet.
That is no longer a given these days.
Otherwise, the hotel is relatively central to the sights. You don't need a car or public transport.
Conclusion: Everything was to our complete satisfaction and we would recommend the hotel without hesitation"

NNooshinThe room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

JJimmy JassinUnfortunately, we had to change rooms twice because the rooms, especially those on the third floor, weren't cleaned properly. As someone with allergies or asthma, this really wasn't a good idea. I woke up every morning with an allergic reaction and had trouble breathing. For someone paying at least €80 a night at this hotel, you can expect a minimum level of cleanliness. There was so much dust on and around the pictures, as well as under the bed and the vents, that just looking at it made you feel sick. On top of that, there was a large construction site across the street with lots of noise and little privacy. It was still once and not at all recommendable.

It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
