a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

Excellent hotel, clean to a high standard, room are comfortable, food plentiful with choice for Evan a fussy eater. Food and drink available from 7am to midnight.Pools maintained and always plenty of sun beds. Beach was clean. I didn’t use the spa but the area was amazing. 5* to all of the staff, reception very friendly and informative, room service great standard. And top marks to the cleaners who maintained the communal areas, really impressed with the ladies who cleaned here every morning. The hotel is close to shops and local bus to sunny beach and nesebar. I’m a frequent traveler, and would say this is one to return to, I hope to be visiting again soon.

The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. The food was very good. Very close to the beach. Although, there wasn't much in ways of entertainment, there was the animation team who were brilliant! Bobby in the lobby was also a delight! Always made conversation while preparing your drinks, and did not scrounge on the alcohol to mixer proportions! All in all great for a holiday if all you want to do is relax, but if you want things to do, it would be best to go between June and August, as in May, a lot of things were just opening up!

Loved our holiday here, Great location - Close to Sunny Beach and Nessebar and the old town, Can either catch a bus which stops at the end of the road or there's hotel taxis, We walked along the sea promenade (about 40mins) Mini golf just outside and few small markets and stores nearby. Rooms were clean and were a good size and the balcony's were the biggest we've seen. Had an issue with a loud drunk neighbour one evening, Threatening her partner, etc. Reception was great, moved us with no issue Food had many options to suit many people, Meats, Veg, Salads and a delicious yellow cake but no one seemed to know what it was, loads of dessert options The lobby bar was really good, Loads of options and the barman was great, very friendly, remembered our orders and always spoke with us. Snack bar had great options , Fresh doughnuts and ice-cream too. Pool table near snack bar, Beach one minute walk away, Can walk along beach to Flowers Street in Sunny Beach, Be careful not to loose your towels, They charge you for any lost or damaged, Cant take room towels out of room but you can put a deposit down at reception for a pool one. Perfect hotel, Very happy

We stayed at this resort in may, we had a lovely holiday, food was excellent, room very clean, pools and hotel immaculate, and the manager Alexander looked after my husband and I after my husband having a bad fall in the bathroom and needing 7 stitches under his nose, he sorted out a problem for us with immediate effect, and I found Alexander to be a very fair sympathetic manager who really wanted to help and to run his hotel in an efficient way and to look after his clientele to the best of his ability. He was polite in every way and more than helpful while we stayed, I would say he went the extra mile. I would reccomend anyone to stay here but maybe more entertainment and for longer to enjoy evenings.

This was our second time here and we found it even better than last year. There were improvements such as: more cleaning staff, upgraded, comfy sunbeds, original soft drinks and better food. All staff were friendly, helping and smiling. Our room was spotless, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The snack bar is always fresh with hard working staff. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Hotel room cleaned every day. Paid extra for deluxe room, a must ! Central to everything location wise, beach, old town, booking trips etc. 2 lev, on bus to Old Town! So easy to access local, bus service to and from. Noisy in food area, outside seating in this area is better. Food okay, something for everyone .It is more 3 star than 4 star , okay for a week. Agree with others about saving of sun beds but so near sea so didn't bother us, glad to be away from the hustle n bustle ! The beach is sandy, clear shallow waters, amazing. Staff wonderful, so polite and helpful, in all areas of the hotel.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the imperial hotel. I am in a wheelchair and emailed before I booked to check the hotel was wheelchair assessable and they promptly replied suggesting I book a deluxe room as it is in the main building with lifts and everything is nearby. The hotel manager was lovely and very accommodating, he offered me a free late check out so that i could be comfortable before our pick up at 8pm and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our aircon not working but within an hour the manager had it sorted. Only one thing that wasn't really disability friendly was the pool as it had ladder type steps which were not that easy to use and the top metal rung was a big drop from the side of the pool. Admittable I could jump in the pool but i still wouldn't be able to get out. Food was nice and on occasions not as hot as us brits like but that is because they are not allowed to serve over a certain temp but they do supply microwaves for that purpose. At breakfast there were 2 toasters and caused big queues waiting for toast, most people would have at least 2/4 slices of toast which was both toasters in use so I would suggest and bigger turn table type toaster. We would defo recommend this holiday and are planning to return again next year.
