Excellent! Very satisfied with this hotel and our room. We had a family room of 3.bedded and the room is big and spacious. One of the best hotel we have stayed so far after visiting Hangzhou. Room is clean and location is strategic. Front desk service is very professional and good too! Would love to return and stay here again.

Good central location in Suzhou, next to the metro station . This made transport easy. A little away from the tourist area, but good value with an excellent breakfast.

It’s really a nice hotel! I would recommend you guys to stay here while in SuZhou. The interior design is very nice, with all light wooden colour that make the room automatically feel warm. For transportation, The subway station Le Qiao Station is located just infront of this hotel. And thumbs up for their breakfast, i give 80 for the food.

Hotel cleanliness terrible, smell of smoke around and the floor is sticky, tv also not good functioning, a male staff look like manager called him “师傅” also not polite.

The floor and stool fabrics of Leqiao Mansion for breakfast are not clean, and they are sticky when you walk. I only went there once on the first day. When the cleaning staff cleaned up the used plates, in order to save effort, the storage basins were placed on the stools. Environment: Subway transfer station, except for coming from the East Station on the first day, I haven't taken the subway. I played for three days and basically walked around slowly. There are occasional surprises in the halls and alleys. Service: Because the order on the first night was upgraded from no window to window, it would be a bit troublesome to continue staying in the original room on the travel platform every day. The girls at the front desk who met asked for help to give a good review. But I stayed on the last day and it was raining so I didn't go out. I called the front desk and met a boy who handled it. The quality of the all-season hotel is still OK! It is very close to the subway station and the downtown area! The view outside the window is also very good! It is very convenient to travel. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good! But if you just go there for fun, it is really convenient to book here! It is about 15 minutes from the train station and subway! You don't have to rush, take your time.

I stayed for 3 nights and they took the initiative to clean my room every day and replenished disposable supplies, including water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. I booked Atour Light and All Seasons hotels for this cherry blossom season trip. I thought the two brands were similar, but the experience after checking in was really different. Atour will hand out water to guests as long as they are close to the front desk, but All Seasons will not, but All Seasons has prepared tea behind the front desk. The most important point is that I am unlucky. The non-smoking rooms of All Seasons have a strong smell of smoke. Seasons Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Shangcheng Road Branch) -The room is obviously smaller than before, but thank God it finally doesn't smell like smoke! The above hotels also have a common problem that the bath water will flow out, and the door is not good! Some smokers are really disgusting and don't follow the rules. They smoke in non-smoking rooms, non-smoking scenic spots, and high-speed rail stations. **** on the spot!
