Spacious isles to the room, which is rare for today's hotel. Unfortunately no welcome drink and no brief breakfast or Wifi explanation during check in.
Spacious hotel room, spacious bathroom with not a smart seated toilet. But the hotel provides two free breakfasts. Thank you 👍🏼.
The breakfast has various local and western selections.
It is very easy to find food. Just next to hotel, there is nice and friendly Chinese restaurant 老阿爸 Lao A Ba and always crowded.
KFC and Lawson's convenient store just footsteps away.
And also 鑫震源 Xin Zhen Yuan next to KFC also a good choice for meals.

房間很大陽光充足，床品用品整潔，酒店乾淨整潔，所有物品都很乾凈衞生，房間打掃認真，房間安靜，空調不錯，效果好，早餐很豐盛，品種多，味道好，分量足，非常好吃，酒店位置好，交通便利，性價比高！三樓還有洗衣房，烘乾機，早餐品種豐富，前台服務真的很好，酒店還有免費的停車。

入住體驗非常好，前台小哥很帥氣哈哈，老公不小心把腳滑破了一點點，小哥貼心送上創可貼，紗布，還有安慰的水果哈哈，環境也很乾凈，隔音效果也很好。臨走的時候小哥還貼心給了一杯自己手沖的咖啡☕️

酒店房間面積大，很安靜
設施：設施挺新的
衞生：衞生不錯走道也乾淨
環境：很安靜，旁邊是個商場，樓下有便利店，很方便
服務：服務挺好的。一樓大堂很多座位，還有咖啡
洗衣烘乾3樓電梯口很方便，整體挺滿意，符合新桔子水晶的標準

入住當天蘇州非常冷，到了房間發現熱水需要放很久且水温很低，衹能湊合湊合洗手，下午酒店告知熱水爐因為氣温太低凍住了沒有熱水，一直到第二天10點退房，都沒有能供應熱水，這麼低的温度，晚上衹能用冷水刷牙洗臉，更不用提在外面遊玩一天回到酒店不能洗澡，酒店的回覆一直是正在搶修，沒有其他任何的補償，體驗感差到極點，之前出遊一直選擇桔子水晶酒店，這次的入住真的是差評差評差評，體驗感極差極差，非常差！非常非常差！

隔壁守着一個酒吧夜店，每到晚上十點半以後，就是各種蹦迪的聲音，關上窗也能聽到，有一個連廊，就在窗外，經常晚上有人路過，不拉窗簾基本上沒有私隱，隔壁商場夜店出來的人有時候在連廊打電話和交談聲喧嘩，十分影響睡眠，基本上12點以後，噪音才會逐漸降少。房間裏膠囊咖啡機也是壞的。早餐非常敷衍，種類非常少，有各種小飛蟲圍着食物飛人不禁對衞生質量有所懷疑，咖啡機沒有牛奶，咖啡的程序基本上都是形同虛設。牛奶和豆漿也兑了水。最方便的就是停車了，停車免費的流程還算順暢，但是車位也並不是很充足。整體來説周圍的環境還是比較差的。

1.環境：住的靠近馬路，外面車輛很多，喇叭很吵，之前電話詢問説靠馬路有太陽不會吵，關了窗確實好了很多，但是中央空調，衹能制熱，室外25度的，空氣不流通，房間又悶又熱。晚上10點以後有麥克風唱歌的聲音，問了前台，説沒查出什麼原因。自己網上找了找，這個廣場3樓有ktv，盲猜因為這個？一直要到晚上2點才安靜。
2.衞生：電視下面的桌面擦了一下一層灰，可能是隔壁裝修的關係？房間台盆裏有一些不知道什麼的痕跡，沒洗乾淨。
3.服務：缺礦泉水打了電話能很快送來。查環境吵的原因感覺就走個過場，餐廳外包，晚了就鎖掉了，不像其他水晶很多都自己的餐廳，還有夜宵可以點。
4:設施：設施智能卻沒那麼智能，電視機卡到爆，送東西的機器人挺好玩。
總體：感覺比4星的差點，比三星的好點吧，旅遊注重酒店的慎選。算是性價比還行的
