The staff was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful and kind. It made our stay very enjoyable. I'd stay here before I would any other hotel if travelling to Swansboro.

There was only one eleveator running and the one that was running had torn up carpet and the floor was not level. Ice machine did not work on the floor we were on.

At check in we where greeted by a upbeat woman with a huge smile answered all our questions. She even offered us some home made oatmeal cookies. We will come back .......!

One elevator was out of order, leaving only one elevator working. You had to stand there upwards of 20 to 30 minutes to be able to get to the floor you wanted to go to.

From the time I stepped to the front desk my experience was amazing! Jewell was so helpful knowing that I was convalescing after a total (R) Hip replacement. Thank you Jewell and the rest of the staff for making my stay very comfortable!!!
