A beautiful experience, from the booking in to the pleasant staff on arrival and departure, the cottage was very well equipped and spotless with a magnificent view. I look forward to a return visit in the near future

Lovely place to relax and tune in with nature. Spacious living area and bedrooms! Loved the deck outside with the big braai and swimming pool. The place was a bit dusty. 👎 Bring your own drinking water, the water is brown. Lots of bugs so bring bug repellent.

To get away from the city's hustle and bustle, this is the place to go. Just relax on your deck at your own pool and the braai all day long. Two large bedrooms, each with its own bath and open walk in shower plus outdoor shower! Loved it all.

Wonderful view but the house needs alot of work. Broken furniture (couches), wrinkled bedding on arrival. Cutlery in kitchen limited. No lids for the pots and no pans. Its a lovely place the above just needs some upgrading

I absolutely love this place, my second time there. The cottages are stunning with great views, lots of space. We also hired a little boat and rowed around the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Its a little drive to Swellendam to the town so you need to get supplies there, however we enjoyed exploring the town as well. We had a wondeful time thank you

We always love staying at Aloe Ridge. The houses are a good size, private and well equipped. Our favourite things about Aloe Ridge are the private swimming pool and the views. I must say that during our most recent trip the house, Cedarberg, was in need of some maintenance. It looked a little tired compared to our previous stays. Nonetheless, we will be back as we love it there.

Wow! If you're looking for an exclusive private, peaceful getaway just to relax and enjoy the beautiful God given natural beauty that we so often overlook, Aloeridge is your place. As if the cabin is not spectacular enough, walking out onto the deck with your own swimming pool just adds the final cherry. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Kids and adults had a ball. The staff are amazing and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Kilamanjaro. The to get there was a bit hairy but really thrilled once we were there. Well equipped and comfortable. We did mention the loose bricks in the braai to one of the chaps. Could be quite dangerous. Also good idea to look at the 3 wasps nests. All in all a wonderful relaxing time with friends.

A stay at Aloe Ridge is absolutely worth it! The road there is not the best, but if you take it slow, it can be done. Once there, you can relax in this beautiful self catering villa with your own pool.
