One large bathroom in the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. The second bathroom is modern, luminous and new. There are 4 TVs total, one in the master bedroom, a second one in the queen bedroom, a third one in the living room, a fourth one in the kitchen and the fifth one in the pool area.The house has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room and Florida room. The patio is fenced with a charcoal grill. The pool surrounded with lawn chairs. The outdoor area has a spectacular view of the Audubon nature preserve in Martin County FL.There are 2 main fences, one surrounding the yard and the other surrounding the lot.
