Best service in the wolrd, excellent food, good rooms and good spa. The view from the window is amazing. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Restaurant is very good and breakfast is very special. Wonderful time in the hotel. I want to back there in next time.

I knew from the reviews that your Resort & SPA Czarny Kamień was of a good standard, but my own stay confirmed that Czarny Kamień is excellent. From the arrival at the reception, through the accommodation, restaurant, pools, sauna, jacuzzis, cleanliness and everything else is of a very high standard. I won't name anyone here as all the staff made sure we had the best stay possible.

Bardzo przytulny hotel, miła obsługa. Pokoje czyste, zadbane. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Strefy komfortu i atrakcje dla dzieci równiez bardzo przyjmene. Niestety ocena 4/5 z powodu problemów z ciepła woda w godzinach wieczornych a że mój pobyt był z małym dzieckiem to było bardzo uciążliwe kiedy chce się kąpać dziecko przed położeniem spać a tu nie ma cieplej wody. Właściciele hotelu powinni przewidzieć że w godzinach wieczornych ludzie schodzą że szklaków chcą się umyć, ludzie przyjeżdżają z dziećmi i chcą kapać dzieci. Tłumaczenie że piece chodząc na pełnych obrotach nie jest tłumaczeniem.

Pobyt był fantastyczny nic dodać nic ująć. Wszytko na najwyższym poziomie obsługa perfekcyjna żadnych zastrzeżeń. Polecam wszystkim ten hotel, zarówno parą jak i rodziną. Baseny, sauny, plac zabaw na zewnątrz i w środku, sala gier wszystko czego potrzeba.

Super miejsce dla rodzin, apartamenty czyste, schludne z mily dla oka widokiem na góry. Jedzenie rewelacyjne, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Ośla łączka obok, wypożyczalnia sanek, obok szlak do spacerowania. Super sprawa z jakuzzi na zewnątrz oraz z oszklona studnią przy recepcji.

Pierwszy raz wybraliśmy hotel w gorach. I jesteśmy zachwyceni! Bardzo czysto, obsługa niezwykle miła, bezpiecznie dla dzieci i z mnóstwem atrakcji. Cudowna woda w basenie, piękne widoki. Restauracja zasługuje na najlepszą ocenę, nasze dzieci niejadki zawsze miały pelne talerze jedzenia. Spa dla rodziców, lokalizacja blisko szlaków, apartamenty przestronne. Wrócimy na pewno!
