酒店位置極好，距離文化廣場幾分鐘路程，交通便捷，文化廣場有前往巴克圖口岸的雙層大巴，每小時一趟，票價3元。從酒店步行15/20分鐘可到紅樓博物館、手風琴博物館等著名景點。
酒店佈局簡潔、美觀、合理，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，環境優美，尤其是抽水馬桶，系聲控，持續性消毒。
前台小楊等工作人員業務熟練，服務熱情周到，為客人提供清哳的市區景點美食介紹。

很喜歡酒店的小物件，很精緻，從物品擺放到酒店的過道、大廳，看的出管理者都很用心，床品很舒服，工作人員也很熱情，前台姓楊的姐姐很親切。

火車時間比較早，來得早前台小姐姐服務態度很nice新裝修的房子，整體環境乾淨整潔，全智能自動化衞浴，房間獨立wifi穩定，有窗户透氣性不錯，周邊屬於家屬樓，晚上睡覺不會被吵到

房間很小，退房前台半個小時都不給延，辦入住的前台小姐姐挺好的，退房打電話問的那個小姐姐不知道為什麼把我電話撂在哪跟別人聊天，回來還跟我説小姑娘還有什麼事，我也知道過了兩點加收半天房費，但系統不是死的，前台還説可以延十幾分鍾那我謝謝你們給我加十幾分鍾時間，我要沒什麼急事我也不會打電話讓你們給我延遲退房，我説了我在外面有點急事，説那我們收拾一下先幫你把房子騰出來，這麼不尊重客人的嗎，在你們眼裡房間排在第一客人就隨便了對吧，這是一個酒店該有的態度嘛，不管多小那也是客人要有相同的尊重吧跟別人，我不相信你們沒有一個客人是超過時間退房的，我自己也是服務行業的真不知道你們以這服務態度怎麼做的酒店，怎麼做的酒店管理，一點沒看到尊重客人。

前台服務態度好，但是保潔阿姨不勤快，很刁鑽的態度對付衞生打掃，因為是連住所以保潔會在最後的最後打掃你的房間，劣質的捲紙，有味道的衞生間，還有有蝨子的床單。四天內換了三個保潔阿姨也沒能保持乾淨的房間，最後保潔阿姨嫌活累就乾脆請假不來了…結果就是有個前台象徵性的詢問要不要收個房間垃圾
