As a digital nomad who has to have a good workspace, this is an ideal spot with a wonderful workspace. The wifi is a bit patchy at times, but still enough to complete most tasks. Also, you are right near a 7/11 for snacks and the room has a fridge as well--uber convenient. The only downside is the location is apparently next to a basement club and it can get very noisy in the middle of the night--1-2 AM across the street. Also, the walls are quite then but all guests were very quiet overall during my two-night, three day stay. They also have a washer in the room as well, located on the balcony, which was super convenient as well.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store nearby, and you can walk to the famous Second Market within 5 minutes. The transportation is also convenient, many bus routes pass by. The environment is also safe, I stayed there for 3 days and I didn't see anyone waiting around. The store is also very considerate and gives out small gifts during the New Year.
The sound insulation is average, you can hear the sound of cars on the road at night.
The room has a small balcony so the dust is a bit serious.
