The amenities were really old-equipped, we had changed to the third room in the end. The bathroom in the first room was so wide with good view but the aircon was so noisy, we asked the housekeeper he said the aircon is old. We called the receptionist and changed to the second room with the TV not functioning, we were forced to get a third room with two double beds but small bathroom. Prompt response from the hotel reception but a lot of time wasted as well. There was unpleasant smell in some part of the room which I think it is caused by humidity. Price wise is considered okay in a tall building in Tainan and convenient as it is just near to the bus stop.

The location is very good. It's very close to the city and some historical sites, art galleries, etc. There are also a lot of delicious food nearby. For this price, the quality is pretty good.

When we checked into the first room, the temperature was 32 degrees Celsius. The air conditioner was turned on for half an hour and it was still at 31.5 degrees Celsius. It would be better to inform the front desk and ask them to change rooms for us.
The second room is quite good. The same disadvantage of both rooms is that the room is darker. There are only a few round and small lights. It is not as bright as it looks in the photo.

There were blood stains in the bathroom and hygiene was not done properly.
The sheets were damp and there was no dehumidifier in the room.
It's too casual for a hotel that doesn't have its own kitchen to prepare the most basic breakfast.

The location is great and the room is super clean.
It's just a bit small and the parking lot is super far away.
Hotel service staff are mediocre, but trip.com's customer service is always popular and their conversation is very warm. The sound is nice.
