Pro: Located near the exit 1 of Dong Men MRT. Service from the front desk staff was okay. There’s a 7eleven store right downstairs and it’s next to Dong Men market.
Cons: Room smelled of sewage due to the toilet. Bedsheets and cover were kind of dirty with yellow stains on it. Housekeeping was only carried out once during my 5D4N stay there, even so, they did it minimally. Poor soundproofing. No elevator/lift in the building so good luck walking up the steep stairs with your luggage.
Overall score 2 out of 5. Personally feel there are better hotels out there with the same price.

Well I wasn't happy AT ALL when I arrived..I read good reviews about it, but honestly not what I expected it....Ac didn't work well . And on top of all 100 usd per night

The location of the hotel is really great. It's very close to the downtown area. You can walk a little further to Da'an Forest Park. As soon as you exit the alley, you'll be at the entrance of the MRT station. It's accessible in all directions. It's just that the door is hard to find. Stay here once and you'll know it next time. Yes, the stairs upstairs are a bit steep. It is very inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The service staff will sometimes help. The room is large and clean. It is a comfortable stay. I will come back if I have the opportunity.

Advantages: Located at the MRT exit, convenient transportation.
Disadvantages: There is no elevator in the hotel, the room is slightly small, poor sound insulation, and no windows.

The transportation in the annex is very convenient and the service attitude is very good.
