The service was friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station. The environment is spacious and bright, and there's a good variety of facilities. However, there were a few minor letdowns. For instance, indoor slippers are needed, but we weren't informed at check-in that we could get them at the front desk, so we couldn't find any in the room. The toiletries in the bathroom weren't great, especially the shower gel – the pump seemed to have an issue and it was hard to squeeze out. It would be even better if they had a bidet toilet. Also, the TV channels and content selection were quite limited. I hope these things can be improved in the future.

Honestly, my overall experience was fantastic, especially the location. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Taipei 101 and the surrounding department stores and shopping area. Plus, the room was incredibly clean. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Taipei!

This time, I was here with friends to see a concert at Taipei Dome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's right next to Taipei City Hall MRT station, and it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the Dome. We had plenty of time to pick up our zone cards, watch the rehearsal, and even head back to the room for a touch-up. The room was very tidy and clean, and the toiletries were great – the shampoo even had color-protecting properties, which is a huge plus for anyone with dyed hair. The best part was having a microwave in the room; concert-goers who are exhausted after a show will definitely find this super important. Our room happened to face an alley, so it was really quiet. The king-sized bed was so spacious that someone 181cm tall could sleep sideways without a problem. We slept soundly until morning and still didn't want to get up. The hotel also has a gym, laundry room, and a free daily common area, though we didn't get to use them since we were rushing for the concert. The room price didn't increase because of the concert, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. They'd proactively greet us, and even offered us umbrellas when it rained. I highly recommend this hotel for fans attending concerts at the Dome, and it's certainly suitable for business travelers too.
