I saw that the online score is very high, so I booked a room in advance before I went, and contacted the hotel when I asked that I could pick up the station. The professional housekeeper Yaoyao contacted me and confirmed my arrival time and date with me. Thinking about whether the pick-up at such a cheap price is a gimmick, I confirmed it again the day before check-in, and I was relieved to get the reply from the butler. I was really satisfied with my stay. After I arrived at the store, I gave us a supper and learned that we were two people and gave us two supper. The service of the five-star hotel is great! Butler Yaoyao was patient and enthusiastic, and carefully explained the travel plan to us. Next time I go to travel, I will choose Anyi Hotel. Good sides: The hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are helpful and kind. The breakfast is good and has enough food for foreigners to eat. The coffee is good 👍👍 The Themed sports room has a fun interactive mirror, it's fun to use it for dancing and exercise. The amenities are all good and the bed is really soft and comfortable. The amenities in the room have both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. The hotel offers free tea and that's cool 👍 Things to improve: The reception staff could learn a few basic English phrases. The sports themed room could be better if it had an extra sitting place (another chair or a small sofa). There is only 1 chair in the room and it wasn't enough for us (I travelled with my husband and son).
