No shower place in some rooms

Excellent hotel service and arrange the room nearby Onsen so that we could visit all the time to Onsen to have a relax! And after Onsen , you could enjoy ice lollies with different Favor to cool yourself and you could also have free ramen at night too if hungry. Full of joy ! And the location is in centre of streets , easy to find many shopping and dining places . And we take the boat visiting Angel’s road too.

Make sure you know which Dormy Inn you booked because there are 2 close together. The breakfast is very good and nice hotel.

這個連鎖式酒店先前也覺得不錯，價錢比較中規中矩的一間酒店優點是他擁有溫泉，位置方便易找，附近也有不少食和能買的地方，但是比較早關門，至於房間，今次安排到的房間裏便並沒有可以洗澡的空間但客房相對較大，所以一定洗澡就要去公眾浴堂，這一點比較不方便，另一方面，就係所提供的設施一般般，譬如我最着緊就是吹風筒，但是他那個吹風筒好像用了10多年的的感覺，一點也不給力，感覺有點弱。不過夜宵拉麵還是具有吸引力的，和泡完溫泉之後可以拿取的雪糕值得加分，而他的床褥也是非常好瞓

這間酒店很鄰近商店街，職員服務態度很好，環境也很衛生～除了有得泡湯，免費拉麵，雪條和益力多外，這間還有按摩椅😍 在完了一整日行程回酒店後也可好好地relax 休息。

室内も綺麗。大浴場も大きく、よかったです。朝食のレストランは小さめでしたが、それにも負けない料理が提供され、大変よかった。

大人2名子供2名でファミリールーム1室の予約で当日チェックインするとダブル2室での予約になっていることが判明、ホテルはダブル2室で別室での販売をしているが、Trip.comが勝手に形を変えて販売しているとの説明でした。同室での宿泊を希望したところハリウッドツイン1室の添い寝の形で案内されるも料金への言及はなし。大人4名ダブル2室の料金ではないかと思われますが、あまりに理不尽なので納得いかない旨を申し出るとハリウッドツイン1室料金と思われる料金へと変更となりました。サイトとホテルとの間のことは私どもには関係のないことですし、把握されていたなら事前に説明していただければキャンセルしましたし、正直このような案内では納得できませんでした。セミダブル2台で無理やり寝ることになり身体も痛かったです。出張でもお世話になることが多く、色々とゲストに対するサービスも実施されている良いホテルと思っていただけに非常に残念でした。
