JR Clement Hotel Takamatsu is conveniently located next to major transportation hub including subway station, bus station and ferry terminals to other scenery islands. It has many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious. Staff are very helpful, patient and attentive to details. Pricing is very reasonable.

２ mid-middle, ２ night ３ day Shikoku trip, １ night I disturbed my wife. The location is located in the downtown area of Takamatsu, about ５ minutes walk from Kotoden Kawaramachi Station, there is a large shopping center nearby (next to the next), and there is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is easy to understand if you use the red brick color appearance and the large cat object as a marker. There is no parking lot, and if you use a car, the parking lot of the adjacent shopping center (Marugame Town Green) is a affiliated P, so you will be asked to discount at check-in. The front desk, lounge and restaurant are on the ２ floor, and breakfast is served here. ３ The lower floors above the floor are the hotel floors. The upper floors are dormitories, and there seems to be a coin laundry in the middle. I used the twin on the hotel floor, but the room seems to have been renovated recently and the room is clean. The size is minimal, especially the unit bath is extremely narrow, so if you use each toilet, washbasin, and bath, you may be in danger of hitting your feet and head if you don't devise a little. Even if I was １７３ centimeters tall, I thought that my knees would stick to the wall when I sat down, and if a large foreign traveler used it, I would have a hard time. On the other hand, I was impressed with breakfast, and instead of the busy place that is often found in business hotels, the restaurant with a wide 々 and space has a rich buffet menu. In addition, each item was devised, and I was able to have a delicious and comfortable breakfast. The staff were young and kind. There is also a service to provide tea brewing for midnight snacks. The location is just above the shopping mall. Below is the longest covered commercial street in Japan, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. The room is not too big and has everything you need. The smoking room where we stayed didn't have any cigarette smell. Breakfast is in another restaurant on the second floor, which is quite good. It only takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to Takamatsu Station and Takamatsu Port, and you can basically reach it by walking slowly through the commercial street.

I stayed for a large consecutive holiday for Seto art. Because it was a weekday in the valley of the consecutive holiday, I chose this hotel which was worthwhile when the whole city was set up to increase the price. About 8 minutes walk from Takamatsu Station. It is close to the station, but there are almost no convenience stores and restaurants around. Check-in and check-out are all done by machine. There is a attendant at the front desk, but no guest response, and it is a miscellaneous person. The room is a modest single on the 4 floor. It is not large, but two people are enough. There is a small TV. There is no particular shortage, and it is no problem as a hotel, but one point, you can't leave your luggage because of lack of personnel. Therefore, it is not suitable for those who want to leave their luggage at check-in and check-out. For those who do not, it will be one of the candidates for accommodation in Takamatsu, where accommodation costs tend to be high.

Stayed there for a night and we enjoyed the area. The hotel itself is very simple but great for a night. If you driving like me there a few parking lots around and not expensive which is very convenient.

The good: They are a new hotel so there are some glitches but it was such an amazing stay, all can be forgiven. The hotel is run by amazing people!!! Everyone speaks some English and are super friendly. The food is so amazing. Yum Yum!! The rooms are small, new but the beds are small and hard. There is just a small shower. Since we went to I LOVE YU anyways, we only showered quickly in the morning. The view is so incredible. The bad: Because the location is a bit far away, I definitely wanted to to book with dinner but Booking.com did not offer the 2 meal option like some other places on the island. However, their own website did so I booked through them. I wanted to change room options afterward and wrote to them but they did not respond. Nor was I able to navigate the site to cancel or change the reservation. They also offered a shuttle from the ferry terminal but it wasn't made that obvious so I never bothered calling for it. The walk is fine once you know where it is but we got a bit lost missing the road up the hill. This place will book up quickly so reserve ahead.

This hotel is the biggest surprise of the trip to Japan's four islands! Let me talk about the only bad place first. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. There is no public transportation nearby. It is not easy to walk from the city. If you live for a few days, it is not convenient to go to Takamatsu City. If you stay for one night, it is particularly convenient. Ctrip did not write, but the hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus at Takamatsu Station on the day of check-in. You need to call the front desk more than one hour in advance to pick up and drop off at the hour. It can be from 3 pm to 7 pm; Checkin can take you back to Takamatsu Station at about 9 or 10 the next morning. And the good places: 1. This time, the cheapest room is set, but it is not small in Japan, and the bed is particularly comfortable. It is in the form of a suite. The photos given by the hotel do not reflect the advantages at all; next time you must experience the superior room; 2. The scenery of the big bath is very good at night, the night view of Takamatsu is panoramic, the hot spring is also good, and the skin is slippery after soaking; 3. Open-air balcony coffee juice popsicles are provided free of charge, and there is foot soup to soak; 4. If you bring children and like trains, the downstairs is the Takamatsu vehicle section, which is absolutely cool; 5. The price is also very affordable. When I stayed, it was more than 100 more expensive than the budget hotel in the city. It was definitely worth the fare!

A hotel with a club lounge is good. I chose this hotel because it is the most rated hotel in Takamatsu and the lounge. The interior is made of wood, brown-based, and has a calm and nice atmosphere. The room is a bit small, but it is quite easy to use because there is a dedicated desk for work. The lighting in the room seemed to be a little dark to match the wooden eyes, and the work at night was a little difficult. The web is comfortable, the location is close to Kawaramachi Station, and the shopping street is also close. It is conveniently located and has a luxury hotel, so I think it is quite good. Let's use it if we have the next chance to come.

My husband and I chose the Uno Hotel because we wanted easy access to the art islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to Uno Port which is the gateway to those islands. And ferry ride only about 15 minutes one-way. We expected the art islands to be great but this is a new hotel so we took a chance. Wow, what a wonderful experience on every level; the room, hotel team, restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The Uno Hotel is also within a 1 minute walk to a building which houses Onsen (hot springs baths and spa) and a Japanese restaurant, which they also own. (We did not have time to explore those but heard great things.) I could rave about the restaurant in the hotel called “Bluno” for days….we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there - each superb with great attention-to-detail. A special treat was meeting restaurant manager Mr. Aran Teruo Pascual. He was kind, professional and personally makes one want to return in addition to the food and contemporary bright setting. The front desk team is warm, welcoming and attentive. When making a reservation I noticed there are multiple hotels or inns that have the name “Uno” in it so my suggestion is that you note that it is the Uno Hotel. I recommend higher floor on the water side, the hotel is not on the water, but lovely view. We look forward to returning.

Accommodation is a small gift, female friends like it, soaking up too little time (because there is only one room, exchange between boys and girls), and the space is very small, making people breathe and change oxygen a little tired. The room space is also very small, two people's luggage is opened, almost full of aisles; Breakfast is rich, semi-self-service, things have to be cleaned by yourself. But it is very close to the station and it is very convenient to take the bus.
