When I got into the room it felt like home I loved it so dearly it made my family happy

The hotel environment is very average. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, a damp smell hit my face. What I didn't expect was that the room was even more smelly and damp. The whole hotel has no ventilation. The price is too high, I won't go there again.

Didnt have spare towels or blankets. Front desk takes forever. Ants in room and mold on bathroom ceiling!

The door to my room didn't lock. The TV didn't come on at all. I had to use the refrigerator to block the door also the latch is broken. I explain this the next morning after checking out since it was close to midnight when i checked in and needed rest before i got on the road. I've rented at extended stays in years past and never had any rooms like this before.

The property from the halls to the rooms were filthy.
The place as soon as you walked in stunk like cigarettes and so did all of the hallways.
Or room was non smoking and it stunk like cigarettes awful.
It was just very dirty and disappointing.
Breakfast was grab an Otis spunkmeyer muffin. Nothing else but that and coffee.

Room was clean for the most part, fridge could've been cleaner, same with the hallway carpet. The continental breakfast lacks options, but still accomplishes what it needs to and I was grateful for it.
