酒店設施社保比較新，尤其是大堂空間大，裝修新，非常好。
環境整體上比較好，服務也不錯，衹是衞生打掃不徹底，不夠細緻，不夠到位，大概是管理落實不到位，執行不到位，檢查監督不到位，有照片為證，很多地方灰塵久已未打掃了，若長此以往，會對品牌的影響力大打折扣的（降低品牌影響力的），希望引以為鑒。

衞生很乾凈哦，住了很多次了。服務熱情，前台小姐們都很漂亮很熱心，服務態度很好，設施先進，隔音也還可以。房間隔音效果很好，關上窗聽不見外面的車流聲，下次還會再入住，因為行程原因，謝謝前台小姐姐的延遲半小時退房^ _ ^

出去旅遊會經常選擇住在麗楓酒店，性價比很高！他家距離河頭老街大概6公里左右，附近比較荒涼，適合自駕，有個很大的免費停車場，來重點説一下他家早餐！相當的坑人，説早餐到9點，結果8點多一點就很多東西沒有了，而且就一個服務員，態度極其惡劣，問她什麼都皺着眉頭大聲説沒有了！大家可以看下圖片！服務分都扣在她身上！我花錢吃早餐，沒到時間就去沒有吃的了，是該退費吧！
設施：設施還算完善，就是麗楓的馬桶是長方形的，特別不舒服，而且我住那個房間的馬桶圈還是壞的，難受的要命！
衞生：衞生還可以
服務：服務還行吧，前台沒有很熱情，但也是説的過去的，就是餐廳的那位大姐像要打人一樣！

衞生：衞生打掃得很乾凈
環境：環境很好，離火車站很近，周邊還是挺安靜的，床很大睡着很舒服，餐廳在二層還是不錯的

設施很差，不值這價格，快捷酒店標準吧。電視太小了還配不上快捷標準，不知道是哪個酒店淘汰再利用的。早餐也不好，沒幾樣東西，牛奶也涼了，跟旅行社安排的酒店似的。

酒店快捷標準，本也沒有什麼期待，能休息好就行，但是窗户嚴重漏風，空調拉滿，拉嚴窗簾的前提下室温整晚18℃上下，冷，空調噪音又大，關低空調噪音小結果更冷，整晚一家沒睡好。
窗户縫上哪條紙你酒店是用來密封保温用的??我看當天房態不算太緊張，服務人員不知道房子密封有問題嗎？如果知道還給我這麼間房那一星我覺得都給多了。

房間特別大，落地窗採光非常好，住的特別滿意。早餐非常豐富。前台的小姐姐非常熱情，有問必答。衞生很乾凈，地毯踩的非常舒服。下次還回來，離唐山站非常近。
