Navruz Hotel Tashkent
4.5/544 Reviews
The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.
Hotel Inspira-S Tashkent
4.4/52 Reviews
Inspira -S is a modern, clean hotel with many extras such as a wonderful boutique w/ traditional Uzbek art and clothing. My stay was made extra special because of the helpfulness of Chengris. He works at the front desk. Chengris helped me with room assignment, where to change currency, wake-up calls, and much more. He was very professional and is a gift to all who stay at Inspira-L. I have travelled for 50 years, and Chengris is one of the best. Also, the food was good. Breakfast offered a large assortment of food. The room was large and clean.
City Palace Hotel Tashkent
4.1/552 Reviews
The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, the disadvantage is that the window can't be opened. There are fewer types of breakfast, but the taste is OK, there is no problem with eating. It is a high building in the local area and the city view is good.
Garnet hotel

The receptionists left a lasting impression on us. Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.
Hotel Uzbekistan

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check! If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!
Darhan Boutique Hotel

Comfortable apartments near the city center in the modern business center. Staff polite, attentive, good speak Russian, although not without some difficulties. The apartments and the business center itself have everything you need for a comfortable stay. To the nearest metro of 200 meters. There is a small shop nearby (8-22). Local milk is just beautiful. You can order food in the room. A huge TV with a satellite receiver on 200 seems to be channels. The huge windows coming straight on the ”presidential” route are not open for this reason, and with the climate control system we have not managed to fully, so it was dusty and hot. The ”turned” shower cabin and toilet also required study management principles. Or is it only we can't use such complex devices? The instruction in the room was found only to the safe and that in English. The safe was not battery-free, after contacting the staff of the hotel they were put, but also after He didn't earn it. At the end we were tired of fighting him and we didn't start to stress anyone about it. The TV in the room was two. But one showed only Uzbek channels and that with big obstacles
