The staff and supervisor were very kind(In the new building)

The check-in experience is very good

Although the hotel is located in the center, but be careful, it is located on the highest point of the hill, that is, you will constantly need to go uphill. We booked a room with one double bed, when we arrived, the room was with two single beds, but the manager quickly solved this problem. The room is large and clean, the main plus is the bath. The room, like the whole hotel, was very beautiful and fashionable 15 years ago, now it is just tired, he would really like a renovation. Service - 5+, the hotel itself - 4 minus.

Room was ok....neet....service has to be imrove..temperature in the room was not working properly ...but recommended for a good stay ...I enjoyed it 👍 We came has a group trip ..some rooms not got proper service....work man should to be increase....Regular food ..but food was very tasty...I'll give 3 star for Astoria. Tbilisi

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days.the staffs were not friendly and helpful.we put the cleaning card every day but they did not pay attention.they did not help us with our baggages.the location is near the freedom square but it was really hard to walk.

Our room had good view to mountain and it was near to funicular, and less than 10 min to tourist attractions. The bed and pillow both were comfortable. The breakfast was enough and delicious. The only problem was that the hotel is on top hill and it would be challenging for elderlies, However you can reach to hotel less than 4 lari.

The best thing about this place is its right in the heart of city so its very easy getting and cab and moving around for shopping or dinning. The look and feel is very comfy and the rooms are really good, ample and comfortable. Its budget friendly and the staff is very friendly. And most importantly their breakfast spread is quite good and filling.

I went here with my husband and our friends in summer. We wanted to do biometric. The location is near rustavelly(famous and tourist street). The breakfast is very good and varied. Our room is not good and we change it to big one. And it has nice view and balecony.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, astoria has great atmosphere, our room was big, cleqn and by beautiful view, also has lift but was very slow , Breakfast was good, Staff was good Swiming pool was far from our building I recommend this hotel

We encountered a disappointing stay at the Astoria Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. Upon entering the room, there was a strong and unpleasant (stinky) odor in the bathroom, Additionally, We observed issues such as leaking lavatory and poor drainage in the bathtub when using the shower. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience considering it is a 4* hotel and i would advise against choosing this hotel for a stay.

Very bad experience. You just cannot sleep in this hotel. The hotel says there is no air condition it only heater on at this time of the year. Seriously ? When the temperature outside is 26 and night at about 15. And toooooo damn noisy. There is a vehicle passing every second minute which is so loud. You just cannot sleep. When I checked in the bathroom was stinking and the WC seat was broken. This is only for today 24th October. What more surprises await us next two days God knows. Try and avoid this hotel if you need a peaceful sleep.

The 1st con is that the hotel is up on a hill. Don’t be fooled by the location because you need your sneakers and make sure you’re not traveling with your (grand) parents or middle aged spouse. 2nd con: there are bathtubs in every room. The bathtub wall is high, and the bathtub and bathroom floors very slippery. You have no choice but to climb into the slippery bathtub with no grab bars to have access to the shower head. 3rd con: breakfast is of poor quality and not a wide range to choose from. “Fresh” fruits served are almost rotten. 4th con: The restaurant is indoor, small and looks like a school cafeteria. You won’t feel like you’re in a hotel. 5th con: The toothpaste tube is too small to suffice your whole day. Take a tube of toothpaste with you. 6th con: there’s no bellhop unless you tip a guy who’s always sitting in the lobby. He’ll at least try to be your bellhop. 7th con: There are two buildings. The picture you see is not where they’ll accommodate you.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and liked the staff , the large and quiet room and the breakfast. The only downside for me was the need to climb the hill to the hotel after being at the old city and the ciry center. But at least it's an oppurtuy to do some sports after all the good Georgian food. I thank the hotel' staff.

Starting with the staff here are the rudest people I’ve ever met (myself belongs to the same industry and having an exposure to different culture and people the staff here are completely inhospitable),unhelpful at everytime.The amenities that they claim on websites are misleading.. upon checkin on 20th July the receptionist briefed about the hotel adding that the pool was under construction however we could use the other block’s pool which belong the the same hotel, on approaching the same I was redirected to another building to use the pool and let me add which was accessible if you walk down the streets, cannot imagine myself or anyone walking down the streets to use a pool which was supposed to be a part of the same hotel.. coming next they will not provide you any complimentary water( which they claim to be complimentary) the receptionist refused to refill water more than 1 bottle per person in a day but she was happy to sell the same water which is supposed to be complimentary and a basic necessity..there are no room service at all, we asked the receptionist to renew our bath amenities on the second day to which we received a reply saying “ I cannot come, you need to come to reception and get them”.. being entitled of complimentary refreshments, we never used any, never asked for Housekeeping because when we asked to do so no one turned up since our second day of stay but we let it go what’s upsetting is that the staff is ready let you die thirsty even in the middle of the night and push you to buy water that’s supposed to be complimentary..the staffs treated us as if we were staying for free and we were under their favor at all times .never recommending this hotel or any hotel that’s under their chain..imagine yourself dealing all this after a long tiring day on a vacation
