There was no shampoo or soap in the shower or sink. When I called the front desk they spent a lot of tome arguing that there was a dispenser in he shower when there wasnt any. I missed my irrhday dinner because it took them 45 minutes to bring the shampoo and soap to my room because the run out of the small supplies. The room was old and didnt even had a USB connection. When I went to the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because I booked through a third party. I have always used Embassy suites, but this hotel is nothing close to what a real Embassy Suites hotel is. Do yourself a favor, use other hotels nesr by. I don't understand how can they rent a $220 room without ensuring it meets the minimun custo.er needs.

Staff was great. So nice to be presented with bottles of water and snacks as well as happy hour with 2 free drinks. Will definitely stay here again

Everything. Best bed, clean room, wonderful toiletries, love the happy hour drinks and especially the custom breakfast! I would like more than crackers and cheese and celery and carrots for happy hour. The snack to order - were not impressive pork pulled nachos - they forgot to layer and barely two forkfuls of pork. Pizza flatbread awful asked for a refund. So pick up the snacks and the hotel makes me want to stay and order. Still this is fixable the rest is wonderufl

I gave a poor rating because after a five hour drive I really could have used a nice rest and during my peaceful slumber the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel! It woke me and my child we were scared. An automated voice spoke through the hotel rooms demanding all guests evacuate with flashing black and White light in the room. The siren and annoying voice went on and on for half hour so all the guests were outside in pajamas and robes All for the front desk guy to not come out and give us any further instruction so we finally decided to go in and ask and he said Oh everything fine just go back to your rooms. He told us he had no idea what was going on and still had to figure out what happened but that the fire dept gave the all clear that there was nothing wrong . Then the next morning I had another five hour drive home. Totally ******.

This used to be my go-to hotel in Temecula, but I think I have graduated from the Embassy Suites. Hotel seemed tired. I stayed at another one in Palm Springs during the same weekend and it was also tired. Bed was not comfortable. Could hear the people upstairs (it sounded like they were jumping off the bed as hard as they could). Cost was great, but it used to be nicer. Probably good if you have kids. Not ideal for a couple.

The property is nice and in a perfect area. The service was great, staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a little busy but food was good. Ran out of coffee, and cups but the staff quickly tried to get back on track. Only one thing I don’t like the room had a very strong **** smell. I know it’s not the staffs fault, but overall great

Made reservation. Upon arrival was told they over sold. Staff did not care at all. Had to look for another place. Very unprofessional staff.

Easy freeway access, very clean, the staff was very polite, walking distance to restaurant and a comfortable mattress.

Property was very old and dusty. When checked in everything was dusty and the beds were not done properly. The staff were great and kind. However the place is in need of a renovation. Seeing patches and old looking carpets was not so pleasing. The elevator bounced and every time we went on we had the fear of it breaking down.

Hallways not cleaned- dirty , not vacuumed,unkept….sink in the bathroom clogged when brushing teeth….could do better

I've stayed here before. Always great. This time they gave us an ADU room which was a bit inconvenient. Also the location of the room was very loud near the busy road. Only other reason not a five star is the fire siren light was making short consistent noises making it hard to fall asleep all night.

It's easily accessible when exiting the highway. There's supermarkets and business around if they're walking distance.

It was a good experience with this hotel. Definitely will be staying there again and will recommend to friends & family.

It was very noisy. I could hear everything from the next door neighbor. They were snoring so loud it woke me up.
