On the first day of check-in, I showed them Ctrip's check-in code, and they insisted that they didn't see the order to see the record of my successful transfer. Not professional at all! The next day outside the room was a continuous line of large trucks on the national highway, and the windows were broken and not closed tightly. I asked the front desk to change my room, and the front desk sent someone to come and take a look and say that the windows are normal and can be closed.
