This was our second visit to this resort. My family and I love spending time here, especially at the lazy river and the main pool. The overall facilities and service from the staff were great as usual.
However, during this stay, we were deeply disappointed by the lack of enforcement regarding the no-smoking rules. Despite clear guidelines against smoking and vaping, several guests were vaping directly inside the pool. Even worse, guests staying in the 1st-floor balcony right next to the lazy river were smoking *********.
Because of this, my 5-year-old child and our family had no choice but to constantly inhale second-hand ********* smoke and vape clouds while swimming. If smoking were permitted, that would be a different story, but seeing no intervention from staff despite strict rules being posted was very frustrating.
We truly want to come back because our child loves this place, but unless management takes strict action to enforce these rules for a safe, family-friendly environment, we will hesitate to book another stay.
