Old apartment with the curtains had holes. The bathroom was broken I couldn’t flush it and the TV didn’t have a remote control, I had to plug out to turn it off. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was very good too. The shower had great pressure. The bed was comfortable.

Dirty !! The room I initially got had some sort of “kit” in the dresser that I was not comfortable with and let them know. They immediately came and removed whatever it was in the dresser and then got me a different room, which was being serviced by someone and he was not aware of that and so I left and came back and the room was completely disgusting hair in the shower on the walls, stains everywhere and I took pictures of everything

Simi dirty room house keeping doesn't believe in cleaning baseboards. Or the walls. Plastic peices in the comforter. Overhead lights not working. Countertops cracked.

I extended my stay another 2 days and they insisted that I leave another deposit when there was already a deposit for the room. When asking questions to better understand their policy I was basically threatened to be kicked out if I didn’ personally go to their office for processing… she kept yelling at me which was the most upsetting. I don’t recommend that hotel it’s just that bad

My stay would have been better if the staff better understood their guests and refrain from treating them with such disrespect. No one likes to be yelled at as a guest arriving from outside of Colorado. Really all stems from a request for a deposit when the ******* websites specifically states that a deposit is not required if you pay fully when booking.

The staff was friendly but the room was dirty. Sheets had blood stains on them. Tv remote was DISGUSTING and soo crusty. Shower floor looked like it had poop on it.

BEWARE ALL! The staff will tell your car even when you follow all of their rules. They play nice but they are not

Dirty Well the laundry room very dirty and outdated and also I have to go to front desk every time I have to open the door
