The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. The Vietnamese customer service via WeChat was attentive and helpful, with almost no communication barriers. The surrounding area is vibrant and close to shopping malls.

The Wi-Fi was really bad, it kept disconnecting right after I connected. The bed was hard and the pillow was very thin. It's okay for one night, but it was clean and the view was beautiful. I hope they can improve the Wi-Fi and the beds in the future.

Almost every time I visit Pingyang, I stay at this hotel. The apartment-style setup is so convenient, with a fridge and washing machine right in the room. The bed is incredibly clean, and the view from the window is beautiful. The only downside is that depending on the room's location, it can sometimes be a bit noisy, with chickens crowing and dogs barking non-stop all night downstairs.
