Good position near a shopping centre. Personnel at reception doesn't speak English. To be improved in general, the cleaning and the conditions of the rooms. Breakfast only Chinese.

價格很便宜，房間大而且整潔，挺新的～對面就是個小商場，買東西也很方便～獨立停車場在樓邊的一個小入口，稍微有點兒不注意就錯過了，裏面位置很多，所以不發愁停車，停車協管員也很負責任～需要什麼東西，送的也很快～有機會還會選這家～

服務超級好，提前為我們暖了屋子，酒店大堂還有咖啡機，隨時可以喝到現打的咖啡☕，房間衞生也不錯。環境挺好，有學習桌和椅子，還配有枱燈，滿足了孩子寫作業的需求。酒店對面有各種餐廳還有一個商場，服務管家提前把酒店周邊各種提示訊息發了過來，服務真心好

就説一下衞生吧。出門在外住酒店的大多數肯定要比較關注衞生的吧，就圖上這個東西看不出來是啥，入住當天就看見了，第二天我出門前還特意囑咐前台了做一下房間衞生，結果晚上回來，這個噁心的東西還在，我就想知道，這麼大個東西看不見嗎？兩天了都看不到？酒店衞生細節做不到真是坑顧客，正是一些小細節才會體現酒店的用心吧，細節做不到真是大多數酒店的通病，不過這圖片這大玩意，能歸結到細節這一類嗎？

訂了兩個房間，因為到的比較晚，擔心繫統取消，提前打了電話，服務態度都挺好。
回到房間，發現房間外面免打擾/請打擾那幾個燈亮着，還擔心會不會安排錯了房間，進去後發現其實是燈或是控制面板壞了，太困了也就沒有深究，帶孩子直接睡下。第二天醒來發現馬桶圈是粘的，馬桶後面還有前面客人留下的衞生紙。準時噁心到了！有一種前面客人走後並沒有打掃得感覺！

入住體驗很一般 有的設施都是壞的 房間內有兩個控制面板是壞的 怎麼按都沒反應 一個是控制窗簾的另一個是控制廁所的 房間內的空調很吵 半夜被吵醒 而且衹有開到18度的時候才會啟動 2樓洗衣房洗衣機有一個好像也是壞的 怎麼按都沒反應 另外床單上有沒洗掉的紅油漬 感覺清洗消毒不到位
