位置特別好，周圍公交地鐵都通，去哪都方便，周圍有商場，樓下有便利店。房間很大，窗户明亮，空調足，有換氣。中午會有人來收拾屋子補充備品。
去的時候馬桶圈上有很多明顯棕色污漬。24小時熱水，淋浴水很不錯，不過下水太慢了，洗個兩三分鐘水就漫出浴室了。把浴室下水修修衞生做的好一點就完美了。

已經不止一次續訂530公寓、比較下來附近還算這家設施齊全。店家服務態度都很好、從初次接待自己到後面住户入住服務。充電頭無法使用、店家也很熱情提供了一個。

位置很好，距離伊勢丹和海河非常非常近，早晨傍晚去海河散步特別舒服～不建議去南市食品街，完全是接近倒閉的感覺～

從網上定的，圖片和實景差別很大，另外，定的是兩間家庭房，老闆給我打電話，商量給我換一間為大床房，我沒有同意，打算取消換酒店，沒想到老闆一會又打電話，意思是家庭房協調好了，沒想到入住時，給了兩間大床房，一家四口沒法住，太不地道了。另外，老闆交房後就不見人了，前台也一直沒有人，沒啥服務，就住這一次了，絕對差評

商住樓單元內，左右隔壁都住有鄰居，一邊是彈鋼琴，曲子好好聽！一邊老爺爺身體不適，咳嗽不斷，要是沒有這些挺好的！
