The location was quite nice and overall facilities were satisfactory. However, room cleanliness needs to improve and my door bell kept ringing whenever i open and closed the doors.

Amazing hot springs- which might cost you extra - depending on the room rate you booked. These were the reason why I picked the hotel and made the stay worthwhile.
Breakfast ok. Coffee has some room for improvement. Rooms are a little oldfashioned, but clean and very spacious. Parking can be a challenge if you go on a busy weekend. Not too many restaurants in the close proximity of the hotel. Hotel restaurant- I only tried the Chinese one - overpriced for the quality of the food. Unfortunately the noodle bar was closed. Staff was friendly but no English was spoken.

The hotel lobby is very large and the environment is very good. The service provided by the front desk lady Amy is very good. Seeing that we have children, she specially upgraded the children's room for us. The children's room is on the top floor and the view is very good. There are hot springs, swimming pools, and children's playgrounds in the hotel. It is very nice to play there for a whole day. I will come again if I have the chance in the future!
