年份久了、建議酒店三年左右就要做一次翻新，不然真沒辦法和同行競爭，每年都會新出很多酒店，老酒店設施很快就會過時和損壞，因為剛開始裝飾的時候酒店會選擇便宜的物件，這就導致應該老化加速很快

房間是新裝修的，挺漂亮，衞生也做的挺乾淨，衞生間挺大，窗簾還是電動窗簾，樓下很多吃的，樓下的公交車可以到各個地方。

設施比較舊了，好多地方都掉漆了，洗臉池上的鏡框都爛掉了，沒有一次性的拖鞋，地板也比較舊，地毯也是舊的，牀頭櫃的拉手也是一個有一個沒有，要求高的人最好不要來，將就一下還是可以。

位置很好找，就是大潤發旁邊，房間很大。被子很乾凈，窗户外面風景不錯，床很軟，睡得很香，周邊很多好吃的，老闆服務態度很好。祝老闆生意興隆！
