4.0的評分真的不是大家亂評價的，好好地酒店設施陳舊一些沒關係，最起碼要保持趕緊吧，給的第一間房，廁所根本就沒打掃，前台給換的房間，第二天熱水又沒有，前台説是壞了在維修，第二天水會好，但是第二天水還是涼的，涼水洗澡，差點感冒，給前台打電話，前台説還在維修，**不得不説前台態度特別好，就是解決不了問題，也是無語！整體給我的感覺差，根本就不配這個價格！

酒店在麥積區挨着商業區，周邊有很多美食，店家環境很方便，就在渭河旁，房間也很大，温泉水很舒服。

我是常年住酒店的人！説實話財富陽光酒店真不行！衞生差，馬桶上黃不説還沾有一根女人長髮！浴巾那是用了多久啊？邊線出來了還在用啊？好歹也是個酒店吧，刷牙缸居然是一次性紙杯，那也太掉檔次了！洗臉盆稍微開大一點那水得濺人一身！早餐是我吃過所有酒店早餐最差的！更氣人的是讓客房服務員換個床單被套，嘴上答應好了，結果晚上回來依然如此！睡沒睡過的床單那是一目瞭然的！哎！我真是實話實説的！希望你們快點好好改進吧！
