DO NOT GO! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is run by couldn't care less staff, most of them covered in tattoos and dressed in tracky bottoms. The breakfast is appalling. the place is absolutely filthy. I booked a superior room, got a miniscule room with a balcony that was so tiny that once the table and chair were in place there was no room for me or my friend. When I complained, they said that they had actually upgraded me to a better room than the one I had booked which was an out and out lie. The pool area was filthy. There were horrendous leaks coming from the ceiling in most public areas. All they did was lay towels down on the floor. No health and safety whatsoever. Please see the photos. I paid £137 per night for this atrocity and then they asked for extra to get a greek coffee. I wish I could find just one thing nice to say about this place, but apart from the central location, I can't

Booked Oxygen Favie Hotel which is the Favie Suzanne!!! Weird to find!!! No aircon working, complained to reception they said not available till June! Didn't mention on booking!! They gave us a noisy room fan conly works on maximum low! Bathroom shower and toilet needed a good clean.. 2 toppers on top of the bed base will guarantee you get a bad back, toppers are not supposed to be put onto a bed base! Holes in sheets, marks on pillows.. damp marks on wall, pidgeon poo on balcony ledge and the balcony table/chair had seen better days...Not offering breakfast as part of the deal is stingy! When they did turn the aircon 2 days before we left many guests like us were coughing at night and we contracted covid! Not happy with this hotel... they don't seem bothered if you are there or not! Certainly NOT welcoming ... Avoid at all cost! I will be complaining to ********** ... I really don't know how these hotels get away with it! If they had not stated Airconditioning we would have NOT BOOKED ! I told the lady on reception this and she made no comment... 8am on morning of check out, no one on reception ... so we just left keys on desk.. So unprofessional...

Pretty unbelievable to see the overall rank of this hotel after my (shorten) stay there. I was supposed to stay two nights, I gave up after one. The hotel is depressing, the water of the pool is blurry, shower doors in the room broken, hair on the bed, curtains broken, the AC as noisy as an airplane engine so good luck to sleep, etc. I could keep going but I would just advise people not going there, with such a high price (150 euros per night), it’s a total rip off !

Good location for me, port is walking distance with lots of restaurants etc. Ok for budget hotel. I had asked to have the shower mold cleaned properly and there was not much of an attempt made to clean it. I would have paid more to move to the new part of the hotel next door but the only room available was right next to the pool and a bit noisy for me.

The hotel was generally pleasant and in good location (very close proximity to town, local shops, super markets and gas station). On a Covid related topic even though there were masks available and signs on keeping social distance we were not asked about wanting housekeeping and there was no indication that our bathroom was disinfected prior to our stay. On arrival we understood that there was a newly renovated building and an older building. It seemed that our room was on the older building which would definitely need a lot of renovation. On this topic it would be good for the hotel to indicate that from the start of the booking since on most booking sites the photos shown are taken from the new building and subsequently the new rooms. We didn’t really like the fact that there was such a big difference between the two buildings considering that price wise there wasn’t too much of a difference between a room with a balcony (which was located in the new building) and a room without one (old building). The building in general and specifically our room looked quite old and sometimes messy (we noticed a water bottle and towels were left on the stairs and corridors). The room looked clean and tidy even though the phone wasn’t working. The bathroom would definitely require a shower curtain, extra space to hang our towels and clean cups. Also the water pressure and temperature kept changing every few seconds which made it hard to have a proper shower. The whole building had very poor soundproofing resulting in literally hearing each person’s toilet flushing and shower. The bed sheets looked clean to a very standard level similar to the mattresses (not too comfortable but not unbearable either). Regardless, one excellent service we noticed is that the bathroom towels were changed each day to clean ones.

Favie hotel has two buildings, one that is a new built with nice facilities and the old one that is not well maintained over the years. When I chose the hotel, it was based on all the fancy pictures of the new building. I should have been more careful at the room selection stage, as there it had a little picture leading to more pictures of the old hotel. My room had cracks on the wall, safe was broken, toilet was running throughout the first night (they had it fixed the next day) and the mattress was rock hard. So, I would advise you to be very thorough not to end up in a very poor room in the old Favie side that you end up overpaying for what it is. Hotel was overall clean and staff was friendly.

The room was not what we expected. We were in a non renovated room. It was outdated, furniture was old and looked like it was from the 70s and the shower was dirty with mold. We complained about the room and the woman at the front desk said that if we didn’t want to stay then we could get our money back, she reluctantly offered us a new room which was better and we accepted it, since we were only staying one night and it was slightly better. The hallway floor was dirty and the pool was cloudy and dirty. The breakfast area was clean and food options were decent. Location was great near the harbor and lots of restaurant/shops nearby but parking was only on the street and difficult to find.
