My name is Genn from Canada is my second time here in New W Hotel in heart of Tirana and I feel just like home! I deeply recommend this hotel for everyone who needs to accommodate in Tirana, because here you can find the nicest staff and the greatest service!

The room was very clean - the whole hotel. The amenities were great - especially the bathroom. The real highlight though was the staff: very friendly, great service and always there! I will definitely choose New W again whenever I visit the city again!

Stopped here for 5 days in June as a lone traveller. Lovely hotel and lovely room (although they have names rather than numbers!) overlooking the mountain to the rear) The centre of Tirana Is about a 15 min leisurely walk although its easy enough to get a taxi.Excellent breakfast and evening meals available. Friendly English speaking staff om hand made it a pleasant stay. Would recommend

I had a terrible time staying at this hotel, New W Hotel. While I was staying there (5 days), I complained to them that the air conditioner in my room was leaking water all the time and it was not working. The whole room was very warm, same as the the temperature outside (30 degrees). They checked and did nothing. They said the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t change rooms and I have to stay there without air conditioner. At the end I asked for the refund of the whole time staying there. They ignored me and said that the air conditioner was fine. Their services is very bad. Now they told Booking that I never showed up and I have to pay a no-show fee of 175€. 😠

New W Hotel lied to us, saying there's a problem with the water and we have to move to an apartment for one night. That night there was a big sporting event in the city. Since I was suspicious I walked to the hotel to check the room, they had not rescinded my key card. In the room was another guest's luggage and belongings. And the water was now working fine, just a couple of hours after we moved out. When confronted, the manager said it was his things in the room. An obvious lie. They claimed to *********** that we're lying, and will likely do the same here. But we have proof of it, so they won't get away so easily. Also, their car service is horrible. Two times we had to wait an hour for the car to arrive. Even when we checked out and said we were going to the airport. I would stay far away from this hotel, they have no honor.

Merkeze yakın konumu, çalışanların yardimseverliği, yemeklerin lezzeti ve ekonomik olması gerçekten güzel. Odaları Türkiye 5 yıldız otellerinin aynısı diyebilirim. Özellikle otel sahibi Edmond ve resepsiyondan Lediana her konuda size yardımcı oluyor. Geldiğimde ilk tercihim burası olacak. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Da parecchio tempo che vado in albania io diversi hotel, ma non mi è mai capitato di chiedere una camera tripla o quadrupla e mi viene fornita con delle brandine scomode e rumurose, Il propretiario poco disponibile mentre il personale della reccepition cortese, Non mi è mai capitato che ho dovuto pagare in hotel in albania la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 a persona al giorno, Colazione il primi giorno andava bene. il 2 giorno e quindi il giorno della partenza abbiamo dovuto chiedere il latte lo yogurt i cucchiani e i piatti , colazione povera. Il caffé o il cappuccino si pagava, Hotel carino ma poca luce sia in camera e sopratutto nelle scale ..erano di marmo nero e che rischiavi anche di cadere perche poco illuminate.Una delusione. N
