The 4-star hotel is so neat and clean that we were really surprised. We slept one night in the most comfortable bed ever. The mattress is wow. The room is huge. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large parking lot. It definitely deserves 4 stars. The employees are very polite and nice. But everything was great. There is a shopping center next to it, literally a few minutes away by car. If your trip takes you to Tirana, I recommend this hotel.

Well to begin with, I booked a room for three people and I was told at the property that the third person has to be a child. When I first booked it clearly states 3 adults. They wanted to cancel my booking at the property. Breakfast it’s just plain. The fried egg was probably fried a night before it was cold and dry. Second floor was clean and didn’t smell. The first floor where the breakfast was served it had bad odor. I traveled a lot and I have never experience such problem when it comes to booking three adults (family) in one junior suit room. In this hotel I experienced this problem. Be careful when booking to this hotel.

services of this hotel were excellent. Staff was very polite and humble, especially Edmond, he is nice guy with jolly nature. He is always ready to help.Healthy breakfast was given, lunch and dinner was also of good quality.
