Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. My wife likes the service of the bear on the Ikkyu diamond. I was grateful that I could choose red and white wine, and I opened one. It is the same everywhere at the subway station, but it is difficult to know where the hotel is located even though it is on the ground nearby. Once I knew the location, it was fine, but at first I was lost.

The service attitude is very good, but there are only 2-3 people checking in and checking out, which is not enough. There will be a lot of queues. Although there will be helpful receptionists to ask for reservation information in advance, it will still take a long time. The advantage of the lobby is that it is on a high floor. The privacy is good. There is a dedicated elevator to get to the guest room, but the disadvantage is that you need to go to the elevator every time you go out/come back. I don’t know how often it changes, but it is the same for two consecutive days. Although there are many ways to prepare eggs, the appetizers, salads and fruits are the same. It may be a bit boring if you eat it for two more days. Freshly baked bread will be served. Come here and let me choose, but they are all shortening and French tart, which are quite greasy. Several kinds of homemade yogurt are good. The puddings are all sweet. When I ordered on the first day, I ordered pancake as the main dish, which was relatively normal. The waffle that came with the second day was also shortened. The chocolate after housekeeping is delicious. There are two kinds of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. The hotel’s chocolate lobby restaurant also sells it. It's not too far away from Roppongi Tower. It's about 1.00km or 10.20 minutes walk. You can see the night view of Tokyo Tower from a distance.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Very good hotel, I will stay there again if I have the chance. The view from the front desk is very good, overlooking the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium next to it. There happened to be a baseball game during the few days I stayed. Although I didn't understand the rules, the atmosphere was pretty good. There is Lawson on the first floor of the hotel. I often buy boxed apple juice and drink it. The apple juice is very popular. There is a large public bath in the hotel. If you go there early or late, there will be no crowds and it will be very comfortable. I especially like the bubble pool, and I feel exhausted.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is between Aoyama-1-chome and Nogizaka subway stations. You can take the Ginza Line/Hanzomon Line/Toei Oedo Line/Chiyoda Line. It is convenient to travel. It is not too far to walk to the Roppongi business district. There are a lot of delicious places to eat and shop, and you can even see Tokyo Tower. The hotel's functional facilities are quite comprehensive and quite clean. Bottled drinking water and some daily necessities can be picked up for free on the first floor. It is also equipped with a washing machine with drying function. It is really convenient for a long trip. The small five organs are all in place.

The location of the hotel is very good, quiet in the middle of nowhere, it is very convenient to visit Harajuku and Shibuya, it is a little walk to the subway station. Second time staying at Sequence Mya****a Park Shibuya. It’s a bit far from the train station so prepare to walk a bit. Check in was a bit tricky this time as the staff checked all my documents, then told me to self check in, then the self check in didn’t work (2 times entering all my details, even with help from staff), eventually had to get staff to check in for me at front desk. A bit annoying, could have just checked us in at the beginning in stead of all the mucking about. Anyway, room was smaller this time, so was ok for 1 night. It’s nearby to Shibuya crossing and plenty of good restaurants and some small bars so that’s good. It’s very overpriced for the type of hotel it is but I guess that’s what you pay for staying in Shibuya.

Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

The location of the hotel is very convenient and I am familiar with it. The design of the hotel is very good and clean. It is the only fault that the bed is too small. The last time I felt it was a fly in the ointment. This time I added a budget to the big room but it was still a 1.3m bed. This place is fantastic. It’s extremely clean and looks luxury. The bed was super comfortable, I did not feel claustrophobic at all because the area you get is pretty big with a big bed and a high ceiling so you don’t feel you are in a capsule hotel. They have a very nice work room and also a lounge. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The location is central. when I travel I usually stay at four or five star hotels, but during the cherry Blossom season all the luxury hotels were sold out or they were ridiculously expensive like three or four times the regular price. This is the first time I stayed in a castle hotel, and it just did not felt like being in a hustle because it was so luxury and clean . It’s five minutes walking to the station. I stay three nights in the Shibuya and 4 in Kyoto location and they both were amazing. I will consider staying here again whenever I visit Japan .
