I'll start from the beginning. The location is wonderful. The metro, shops, and McDonald's are within walking distance, 2-3 minutes. There's a shop with tax-free (from 5,000 yen). There's a restaurant in the building, which is quite popular. We didn't go, but it's popular. Our windows faced the road, so it was noisy (not a big deal for us). The apartment is not very clean. There's dust everywhere. Our request to clean, as someone with allergies will be checking in, was ignored. There was a tangle of dust under the beds, so we had to vacuum it ourselves (thankfully there was a vacuum cleaner, but it hadn't been cleaned since the previous cleaning) and wash the floor (there was no mop, so we had to buy a floor cloth and start cleaning instead of resting from a difficult flight). On the second day, the bathtub drain clogged (the water drained, but we had to wait), and there was no response to our requests to resolve the issue. We had to solve the problem ourselves. Therefore, we kindly ask for compensation for cleaning the room. The linens were clean, but the towels looked like they hadn't been washed since previous guests; there was hair and an unpleasant odor. The towels were very small; they provided one body towel (size small) and one face towel per person. One set. We stayed for 10 days and had to wash them. We didn't use the washing machine because the drain in the bathroom was clogged, and there was dirt visible on the tray. We were afraid of a flood in more than just the bathroom. It would be advisable to leave instructions for the appliances for future guests. Again, we didn't use the stove or washing machine. The only positives were the location and the working air conditioners. (I can't judge what kind of filters they have. One room had a new one, visibly, but the other didn't.)
