It was so great, it’s my first time to trip Tokyo but the hotel is awesome and clean and amazing. The counter clock is so kind and everything is perfect if I go there again I’ll book again this. Thank you

Great location and less than 5 min to the hotel from Akabane Station, South Gate.
Staff very attentive and offer me to non smoking room. Surprised the room is consider spacious in Tokyo. Can open 2 luggage and still got walk way.
We have 2 adults and 1 kids. Just nice for us.
Room is clean and comfortable.

去年在大阪入住了這家連鎖酒店，感覺不錯，今年來東京也選了這家，沒想到連室內衞生都不打掃乾淨，簡直荒唐。

赤羽這個地方比較偏，好在酒店就在jr站邊上，到新宿二十幾分鍾。記得從側門出入，會比正門近一些。
前後住過很多次daiwa roynet的酒店，這家的衞生真的很普通。不能説臟，但是很多小細節是不乾淨的。比如加濕器上的灰塵，熱水壺的水垢，可以看出來不是全面清潔。應該不會再住
