Clean and tidy, location is fair, not the problem of the hotel but ikebukuro itself, but good service, and if you choose not to room service everyday, bonus beer will be given as reward. Nice idea.

The location is near to convenience stores such as Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast spread was good and changes daily.
The room was small but there was space to place luggage.
There was a corner for additional amenities to pick up and a free coffee machine in the lobby.
The basin in the room showed a few cracks but still served its purpose without problems.

This was a very good business hotel. Typical of Tokyo business hotels, the rooms were small and very clean. The only turnoff is that check out was 10AM.

作為日式商務酒店，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，前台工作人員服務熱情。自助早餐也豐盛可口。距離池袋站大約十幾分鐘的步行距離，其實有點長，不過考慮到是在東京也就還好。酒店樓下有便利店。不過相比別的連鎖品牌，酒店的品控還是有待加強，設施顯得比較陳舊了，空調温度也是統一設定而無法調節的，空調出風口等位置的清潔也不盡人意。希望酒店未來可以在細節處的清潔更用心。

雙床房間面積也挺大，能同時打開二個行李箱，提供的早餐品種還是很豐富的，吃早餐時可以看外面馬路上的來往車輛和行人，視野不錯

酒店的滿意度給5星，價廉物美。酒店就在太陽城邊上，走路4-5分鐘，附近吃的玩的很多，價格合理還有早餐，前台客服很熱情。缺點是房間的感覺比較昏暗，設施不新穎，中央空調沒有到季節衹送風（風量很小），客人不是很挑剔的入住這酒店是可以的。

這是一間地點很好的酒店，鄰近 sunshine city 也非常近池袋車站，不過我們今次住的房間，比較細，但衞生程度滿意，亦非常喜歡每天的早餐安排，非常好味道！下次會再考慮這間酒店的。
