The hotel is just a few steps away from Otsuka Station and has convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to Shibuya and Shinjuku. There are no non-smoking rooms and the smoking room is too suffocating. If you don't fall asleep at night, the whole trip will be tiring. This is a 4 days and 3 nights trip. I originally booked the same hotel for the first 2 days and had to change hotels on the third day.
