A little bit far from station both Ueno and Akihabara if your luggage is heavy. Room is clean. Not much space for big luggage. Nice staff.

Location is decent. They only provide 1 pillow and it’s super flat. If you need another one, u will have to go to the lobby at 4pm, and they will put in those pigeon holes for you to take. If you missed this timing, too bad. Also, don’t expect any butler service or any other services. Abit too basic for the price I paid..

The staff was very nice, they had all kinds of freebies, like sweets and coffee. The location was great, just behind Sensoji Temple. We started our day every morning with a walk near the temple, which was wonderful. Highly recommended!

If i go to Tokyo again, will choose to stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone again.

The room had a foot odor, and it was obvious when we entered the room. The showerhead shelf in the bathroom was broken. When I told the service staff, they only said that there were no rooms tonight. It means I can only make do with it... Now I have a look, wash the air-conditioning net (but that's not the problem) and ask if it's our shoes... I think it may be that the carpet in this room type is not easy to clean, so it is easy to pick up the smell.

Although the room is small and the bedside is a little dusty, the location is good and the service staff has a good attitude. There are also free drinks, snacks, and soup powder packets. It is worth recommending!

Because I had to go to the airport, I stayed in this hotel for one night when I came back. There was no breakfast provided. The transportation is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Asakusa Subway. You can take the Airport Express directly to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport, and walk to Sensoji Temple. Yes, the front desk staff can communicate in English.
