This small hotel is a renovation of an old house in the ancient city. It is close to a public parking lot, a 5-minute walk away, and about 1 kilometer away from the cathedral and other major attractions, so it is quite convenient. But there are no restaurants or supermarkets next to the hotel. The room is small but quiet. Breakfast is freshly prepared for each person, which is OK, but it only starts at 8 o'clock. If you want to leave early, you need to arrange breakfast by yourself.

Reception staff need improvement. Check in process was long, waiting for the girl to key in information took more than 15mins.
The reception young guy is always on telephone, once waited more than 15mins to ask some questions.
The location is good, walking distance to all the attractions. If took a bus from Madrid, be prepared to walk uphill, those with big luggage better to grap a taxi. Bus stop about few mins walk, but up and down hill.

Hotel location is good, just next to the Erglico Museum, the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are unwilling. The room is quite stylish, that is, the flow of bath water is a bit small.

Staying at Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista felt like a quiet retreat. The little town itself is peaceful and noticeably cleaner than many other Spanish towns I’ve visited, which immediately set a pleasant tone for the stay. Everything felt orderly and calm, without the usual bustle.
One thing I appreciated right away was the underground car park located directly beneath the hotel. It made arriving by car very convenient. From there, you take a lift up to the ground floor where reception is located, and then switch to another lift to reach your room. It’s a small detail, but the process felt organized and smooth.
I arrived around noon, well before check-in time, and although my room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly allowed me to use the hotel facilities in the meantime. That flexibility made the early arrival feel easy rather than inconvenient.
When I finally entered the room, it was exactly as the photos had promised—spacious, bright, and comfortable. There’s always a small risk that pictures online oversell reality, but in this case, the room truly lived up to expectations.
During my stay, the local temperature was around 17–21°C, which was quite pleasant outside. However, the heating inside the hotel felt a bit too strong, making the room warmer than necessary at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but I did find myself wishing for a little more control over the temperature.
The only other area that felt slightly underwhelming was the gym. It wasn’t unusable, but the equipment did look a bit dated. A refurbishment would definitely elevate the experience and better match the overall standard of the hotel.
Overall, Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista offered a peaceful setting, practical conveniences, and a room that delivered on its promise—just with slightly overenthusiastic heating and a fitness area that could use a refresh.

MIAOThe hotel is a Spanish old-fashioned room style, very clean, the room is not small, the hotel should be opened by a local family, the old man does not speak English but is very responsible to take us into the room, very carefully tell us in Spanish how the room facilities are Use, the hotel has its own parking lot. When you arrive, you will find someone to come out and take the remote control to open the pole of the parking lot. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the Puerta del Sol.

Noel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

Nat LawrenceVery large room, all impeccably clean, amazing team at the reception and housekeeping, but not much privacy and silence. You can hear a lot of people on the street, sometimes in the rooms. Not the best place to sleep or work remotely. Apart from that, all good! Great location.

From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The facilities were immaculate, with spacious, very clean rooms and beautiful decor.
The hotel offers an ideal location, 10 minutes from the center of Toledo and with parking right outside.

The location is great right next to the church! As the photo shows, you can see the church from the balcony of the room! The room and bathroom are quite big, and the hotel does not provide free parking! Parking in the ancient city is very inconvenient and expensive, and the free parking lot needs to go very far! Breakfast is European breakfast, free luggage storage.
