寬敞乾淨衞生安靜。出門就是列寧街道，旁邊就是託姆斯克最高點。購物和吃飯，步行一公里以內能找到很不錯的店。

Отель «Магистрат» находится в старинном особняке в самом центре Томска, на площади Ленина. В шаговой доступности Театр драмы, в котором я была уже не один раз. И очень рекомендую к посещению. Прекрасные актеры. Сам отель очень нравится, останавливаемся уже второй раз. В этот приезд сложилась следующая ситуация. Мы забронировали полулюкс. И нам дали очень хороший номер с большой ванной и застекленным балконом. Но ни одно окно не открывается. Для меня это очень большая проблема, отсутствие свежего воздуха. Попробовали поменять, но все полулюксы с открывающимися окнами были заняты. Пришлось менять номер на люкс, с доплатой. Может быть, и к лучшему получилось. Люкс просто отличный. У нас был угловой. Несколько окон. Ванная с окнами. Душевая кабина и ванна с душем. В ресторане в отеле отличные завтраки по меню на выбор. Отель, однозначно, рекомендуем!

Прекрасный отель, находится в особняке, построенном в 1802 году, это твёрдая, очень-очень хорошая, прекрасная четверка. У меня был просторный, чистый номер с очень удобной кроватью и подушками. Мне понравилось. Прекрасный ресторан на первом этаже с осень прикольным дизайном. Герой медведь Пармезан, а его подвиги и приключения расписаны на потолке и стенах. Люстра поразительна, каждый плафон - это голова медведя. Все очень красиво
