衞生：衞生做的不好，一個房間發現了兩處毛，有點像是**的毛，反正不怎麼好
服務：第一天的服務態度還可以，第二天的服務態度很差，順德房間有問題了，他反而質疑我，反而覺得這跟毛是我故意弄上去的，態度真的很差

房間算得上乾淨整潔。環境也可以，雖然是臨街房 ，但比較安靜。設施有些問題，電視看不了，淋浴接頭也有點問題。總得來説能夠滿足基本的住宿需要。

標準大床房房間小，房間沒有衣架，沒有安全栓，拖鞋臟，空調關了還會有聲音，大花灑是壞的，衹有一邊能出水
