Service attitude is too bad. Dishonesty, things confirmed by telephone communication at the time of booking are completely denied at check-in. I didn't see any toiletries in the room, and asked where the front desk is, but I actually answered that I didn't configure it. Later I contacted Ctrip by phone to find it, and I liked the service of Ctrip!

看到外觀不錯選擇的這家酒店，首先前台胖胖的妹妹不理不睬的，沒有一點微笑，感覺住個酒店還得看她臉色，但是看了這家酒店是這邊好點的，就將忍了，辦了入住後才知道沒有電梯，自己提行李，服務員沒有幫忙，進房間衞生太差，還大酒店一次性拖鞋都沒有，涼拖又臟又臭，我都是打光腳，房間電話打不出去，無語。床單沒換一大塊污漬。因為是出差比較累，想着太晚了將就一下了，結果6點開始樓下就開始特別吵，賣菜賣水果的就開始喇叭喊，吵得頭暈，前台未提前告知情況，全程無服務意識。收拾好退房要求要發票，直接説沒有，讓加微信後續補開，但是態度特別差，然後退按金的時候什麼都不説就給我一張紙幣，就像不能説話還是什麼的，全程馬臉，真的很無語，因為我不要紙幣怕弄掉，要求轉微信或者付款寶，就拉着臉給我説轉不了，我説轉不了就算了嗎？然後才給我説喊我加微信後續轉，我説肯定不行呀，她才很不情願的轉微信給我的。體驗感超級差，希望其他想住該酒店的朋友不要踩雷，而且我也不是惡意差評的，也不會輕易給差評的，希望商家也重視。
