Hotel was very nice big pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. The staff are friendly and helpful, I was only bed and breakfast so unsure about the food, breakfast was nice and plenty of choice although it was sometimes only just warm. The cleaniness around the hotel could do with a bit more attention food that had been spilt was left for a while and the sunbeds/pool areas a wash down more frequent as the birds seem to like to poo on them. overall stay was good.

Shoutout the all the wonderful staff. Reception staff were so helpful and welcoming, restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, maids were fab. Hotel is great, spacious and clean. Never felt crowded even though it holds lots of guests (may get busier in summer). My room was lovely and the view was spectacular! I had a sea view junior suite. Hotel directly on the beach which is perfect. 20 mins walk to centre. Pool area lovely and relaxed. Food was good, always had choice for everyone and all tasted good, however could have more vegan options for Breakfast! Definitely recommend.

Wasn't sure about bringing a 2 year old and 9 month old on their first holiday but we loved our stay in the family suites in April. The staff were genuinely unbelievable friendly and helpful, everything was kept clean and the room layout in the family suites was perfect with the separate sleeping areas. Pool area was lovely too. The dinners in the buffet were a bit repetitive so we found getting the breakfast and lunch there and eating out for dinner worked best for us. It was a little hot on first night (air con not available until May) but we found leaving patio door slightly open to leave in some air during the day helped (might just have been us adjusting to the warmed weather!). Anyway these were only small things and overall would definitely recommend.

After much deliberation we decided to book Sol Principe via Jet2Holidays for a 7 night all inclusive stay at Sol Principe and were not disappointed. First of all, the experience with Jet2 at Stansted was great - no issues at check in, bags went on their way and the flight was more or less on time to Malaga. On arrival, collected our bags and took the transfer to Sol Principe. We arrived late in the evening, after 9pm I think but got checked in smoothly and after dropping off our bags in the room, managed to catch some food in the buffet restaurant. The rest of the week was fab. The family suite was OK, lots of space but not much storage - the room had the space, but no cupboard so we piled up our clothes but that wasn't such a big deal. The bathroom was a little funny too - the toilet roll holder far behind the toilet and the hand wash high up on the wall, so the kids couldn't reach it but besides that no real issues. Our kids slept in the sofabed in the room immediately from the door while we stayed in the main bedroom with the balcony. The 'front' room can be noisy late into the night with traffic going down the corridor but chances are your kids will be zonked out anyway. Beds were changed every couple of days and the place kept clean and tidy. We took full advantage of the included breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. The staff there are amazing - always friendly, efficient and the kitchen staff did a great job under heavy demand, as there were a couple of nights when it got really busy. The food was lovely - always something new to try but of course, the staple stuff for the kids to enjoy like pasta, rice and chips. The bar staff were also great - we are not heavy drinkers but enjoyed the cocktails included in AI, although they are not like the "real thing" but good enough that we enjoyed it. The pools were very cold and open when we went. Even the splash park was open, but I guess because it was sunny enough and busy enough to warrant being open. The sunbed situation was OK - it was tricky getting a bed as we saw so many beds left unoccupied with a towel for hours on end, by people dropping them off and not using them (or perhaps going to and from the indoor pool). This was a shame but didn't spoil our holiday since we didn't have much time to stay there anyway with our two kids... ... Which brings me onto the highlight of the holiday, which was the Kids Club and the amazing team that looked after them. Thankfully our kids were happy to give it a go and loved the activities. Typically they'll do sessions from 11am to 1pm, then 3pm to 5pm and a mini disco at 9pm. It was great to be able to leave the kids there and go do our thing, such as going into town or simply lounging around with a cocktaill. Special thanks go to Paloma, Dani and Lucia at the kids club for looking after and entertaining ours. Thanks so much! The beach and town are lovely, really nice and clean and welcoming. It's not too much of a walk down the

Just back from a fantastic nice day stay in this hotel. We were on the 10th floor but easy access on one of three lifts. Food was okay, we only did b and b but always find something to eat. The facilities in this hotel are superb for kids. My four year old son loved the children's club and the staff were fantastic at it. Always said hello when they met him in the hotel and made sure to stop for a chat and to get him to dance at the mini disco as he was a little shy. Pool's were lovely, people were complaining they were cold but perfect once you were in. We also used the heated indoor pool which was also great. Reserving sun loungers is a problem but we just removed towels and used the sunbeds. One day there was 10 beds reserved in a row we took 2 of the reserved sun loungers and were there over 4 hours and the people who had the ten reserved didn't return for 4 and a half hours, which is so selfish of them. Especially for families with young children. Overall a great hotel with fantastic staff and straight across the road to the beach.

Just back from a 5 night stay. Check in was supposed to have been 3pm but didn't actually get room key till after 4pm. Room was on the 5th level, access via 1 of 3 lifts. Room was clean and comfortable. It was unfortunate that on one day housekeeping went in and I can only think that my sleep attire was taken with the bedding, even more unfortunate that I never got them back. Front desk just kept saying ask again the following day. The buffet style dining was good, something for everyone. Staff were pleasant and polite. Pool areas were clean, not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel and alot were being saved and not used for many hours. There is a heated indoor pool but never went in. The outside pools were quite cold (summer may be warmer). All in all though I did enough my time there and would stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were roomy and modern and cleaned daily. The only downside was there was no drawer space, only a few hangers and shelves. The breakfast was really good with a varied selection of food. Lunch was decent and could always get salad, fresh grilled meats, paella, pasta, fruit and desserts. However, I felt there could have been more selection for dinner. We were half board and could choose between lunch or dinner so we just stuck to lunch. Outdoor pools were cold but it was the start of April. However, there was an indoor pool which was great. Really warm and right next to outdoor pool so could go inside for a swim then sit in a lounger outside in the sunshine to dry off. Staff were all friendly and location was good. Would recommend!
