Sapa Charm Hotel

Quiet and clean. Breakfast is average. Staff are helpful and polite. I have try facial massage which included hair wash. The lady is very nice and the massage is very good to help me relax and get clean after a long bus trip from Hanoi to Sapa. I will come again if I go to Sapa.

The hotel located in front of the Hoang Lien / Fansipan mountain, having an unblocked and beautiful view and is about 1 km away from the centre of Sapa and convinient. Room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is more oriented to Asians and Vietnamese and quite acceptable.

The hotel offers a great view on the landscape, at least at lunch. We really really loved the meal. It was one of our best during two weeks in Vietnam! Also the breakfast was nice and perfect for starting a hiking tour. The service was great and the room clean and cozy! We are happy that our tour with "Get your Guide" included this hotel for us.

Very comfortable hotel, well appointed with all amenities. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. SaPa is very hilly and it was unusual to catch a lift from reception to go DOWN to your room. Hahaha

I booked this hotel through a local company. The hotel is very nice and would consider it a 5 star hotel here in Sapa. However when I went to the cafe and ordered a coffee a woman (who’d I assume was the manager) came and brought me the coffee. She said you pay now! So I did. Then I explored the hotel and went to the Charm spa and no one was there. So I went to the front desk and asked if it was open. That same lady came over and listened to my conversation with the front desk person. They arranged for someone to be at the Spa. I went to the Spa and had a facial. It was very good and I was happy. Then when I went to go have dinner, the staff sat me down and handed me a menu. That same lady came over and took the menu out of my hands and told me that’s too much food for one person. It was a set menu. She asked me for my room number, as if I wasn’t staying at the hotel? And she told me I can’t have what everyone else was having. She said I can have rice and chicken? Everyone else was eating Pho with fresh vegetables and had a selection of beverages. I got water. I get my plate and it looks horrible. French fries? And cabbage? And some green vegetable soup? Why can’t I have what everyone else was having?? So for this experience with “Her” I am giving a two star review. You shouldn’t treat people like that. Ever! I’m hesitant to even go to breakfast this morning.

The views are amazing. I stayed here, because a company I booked with. This wouldn't be my choice. Lots of groups stay here, so it can be quite noisy and crowded. Having hundreds of people at the breakfast buffet is not very hygienic in covid times. Said that there are plenty of choices. the cleanliness of cups and glasses in the room are not at a very low hygiene standard. A waitress sneezing several times in to her hand before serving food, really. The rooms are a good sized with a large bed. The bathroom is ok. The hotel looks tired and could do with a an overhaul.

The stay at this hotel with an excellent view of the town and a beautiful lounge area made my stay wonderful at SAPA. The breakfast is excellent and the dinner menu is worthy of the cost factor. The bar is excellent. It is the best hotel I STAYED DURING MY TRIP TO VIETNAM

Lots of groups choose this hotel. It can be noisy with tile floors but given the muddy environment tile floors are appropriate. Several in our group took advantage of facials and massages and had nothing but good to say.

We booked a 2D1N tour package in Sapa with 4 star hotel, thus the hotel wasn't picked by us. Check-in was smooth but when we reached our room, we realized that our room door was opened widely. Unsure it was intended or not, but it felt a little unsafe. The room itself was ok, cleanliness wise can be improved (would be good if they can clear the spider web from the balcony tho). There was a small cockroach found in the bathroom too. Breakfast buffet was nice and you get to dine with the mountain view too. Our tour package include a dinner at hotel, they were really generous with the portion!
